以前上 GitHub 一般都用 Watt Toolkit（Steam++），但是最近似乎失效了（不清楚是 IP 问题还是别的什么），如下

请问为什么会变成这样，以及有解决方法吗

另外 GitHub 的镜像站是否具有 GitHub 的所有功能（上传，下载等等）
