I use macOS 10.12.6

I am having a OI class at 12 'o clock and my computer is downloading a huge App & I have the class with zoom.

So at last, my computer BOOMed. And when I reopen my computer, I found it supricely that my QQpinyin has gone. I tried to dounload it but it seems that jian pan pian hao she zhi has broken. And I text with lan ya pian hao she zhi, it is broken too. It meens the xi tong pian hao she zhi has broken.

So how can I fix my xi tong pian hao she zhi?
